Payments must be made via our secure payment gateway. We do not accept cash on delivery (unless explicitly stated).

In case of incorrect pricing or errors, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 3–7 business days (custom/bulk orders may take longer).

Delivery timelines vary depending on the location. Delays caused by courier partners are beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping addresses. We are not liable for non-delivery due to wrong information.

5. Cancellations, Refunds & Returns

Cancellation requests can be made within 24 hours of order placement.

Refunds are only provided if:

The wrong product is sent.

The product is damaged in transit (with proof of unboxing video).

Returns/exchanges are not accepted for handmade/customized products unless defective.
