At Anmol Dhaage, every product is carefully handcrafted and packed with love before it reaches you. Since our items are made to order, please allow time for both crafting and shipping.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–7 business days (depending on the product).

Customized or bulk orders may take longer; customers will be informed via email/phone.

2. Shipping Methods & Charges

We ship across India via trusted courier partners (Delhivery, Bluedart, India Post, etc.).

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, location, and courier service.

Free shipping may be available on selected products or during promotions.

3. Delivery Timeline 

Once dispatched, orders are usually delivered within 5–10 business days, depending on your location.

Metro cities may receive faster delivery, while remote areas may take additional time.

4. Tracking Your Order

A tracking ID will be shared via email/SMS once your order has been dispatched.

You can track your order on our courier partner’s website.

5. Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances like courier disruptions, weather conditions, or festivals.

In such cases, we will keep you updated.

6. International Shipping (Optional – if you plan to ship outside India)

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please record an unboxing video & images and contact us within 48 hours.

In case of lost shipments, we will work with our courier partners to resolve the issue.
